Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tfaja — the service available at tfaja.com that lets you share your bank account details and QRIS payment code through a personal link. By creating an account with us, or by using Tfaja, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Tfaja is an Indonesian service operated by the Tfaja developer team (referred to below as "we" or "us"). You can contact us at admin@tfaja.com. Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

2. What Tfaja does — and what it does not do

• Tfaja lets you publish a personal page containing your bank account details and QRIS payment code, and share it with the people you choose through one link.
• Tfaja is not a bank, e-wallet, or payment processor. We do not hold, transfer, or process money. Any payment between you and another person happens directly between the two of you, outside of Tfaja.
• Always double-check account details before transferring. Tfaja displays the details that you provide; we cannot verify that they are correct.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tfaja.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your account, and do not create accounts to abuse the service.

4. Your content and your responsibility

• You are responsible for everything you add to your profile, including the accuracy of bank account details, account holder names, and your QRIS image.
• You must only publish account details that belong to you, or that you have permission to share.
• Do not use Tfaja to break the law, deceive people, impersonate others, distribute malware, or send spam.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt Tfaja, or to access data that does not belong to you.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell the service or its content without our written permission.
• Do not use Tfaja for illegal transfers, fraud, or similar activity.

6. Plans, payments, and subscriptions

• Tfaja offers a free plan and paid plans (Lite and Premium). Prices, features, and limits are shown on our plans page and may change from time to time.
• Paid plans are currently purchased by manual bank transfer. After you upload your transfer proof, our team verifies the payment and activates your subscription, usually within 24 hours.
• Subscriptions last for the period stated at checkout and end automatically — we do not auto-renew, and we never charge you again without a new purchase.
• Vouchers and discounts follow the rules shown at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you believe a payment was made in error, contact admin@tfaja.com and we will review it in good faith. Refunds are provided where required by law, or where we are unable to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes to the service

• We work to keep Tfaja online and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may change, add, or remove features at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you by email or on the website. Continuing to use Tfaja after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Intellectual property

• The Tfaja name, logo, and service — including our website and code — belong to us or our licensors.
• Your content belongs to you. By publishing it on Tfaja, you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your profile page to the people who open your link).

9. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard (Dashboard → Account → Delete account). What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or end your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

• Tfaja is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses, lost profits, or disputes between you and the people who pay you.
• We are not responsible for the content of other websites you reach through links, or for services provided by third parties (for example, Google sign-in).
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under mandatory Indonesian consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
